A positive review and I promise it isn't fake! I was really worried after reading some of the reviews but needn't have been. Most people only bother to leave a review of a negative experience :) I ordered Chelsea tickets for my husband's birthday back in March but the match was postponed due to FA Cup. This company responded to all of the emails I sent quite quickly and the tickets were safely delivered via FedEx 4 days before the match.

My husband is a big fan of LFC, so I bought him a ticket for LFC-Leicester City (10.09.16, 17h30) for his birthday. Having read many negative reviews of the company, I had to face many doubts concerning its reliability. It should be said that it turned out to be literally impossible to get a ticket trough the official channel (believe me, I've tried three times, all of them in vain). I was really reassured by the fact that the delivery department had answered all my numerous e-mails and phone calls. We met their representative in Liverpool and collected the ticket on the day of the event, even though we were 15 minutes late for the match. I texted their representative, he said it was ok and, as promised, my husband had his lower tier place in front of a penalty box and enjoyed an excellent view!!! He's made hundreds of photos on his phone:). I'm so happy that this company has helped me to make my husband's dream about Anfield come true. Thank you, guys! I've already recommended you to my colleagues, I guess you'll see more football fans from Ukraine in the near future:) unforgettable experience!!! it was truly amazing!

I order tickets for arsenal game in the league the date been change because of the FA CUP result , I asked to change the game normally my tickets valid for the new date but after few calls hotfootballtickets accept the change even there policy say different , I was surprised that they accept the change , we received the new tickets for the FA CUP and from that point all was great . thank you for the experience

I ordered a EFL Cup Final Ticket from Hot Football Tickets. And although I had little response to e-mails phone calls asking when I could get ticket,even at one time being told I might have to pick ticket up near Wembley. Hot Football Tickets e-mailed me to say ticket sent by 'special delivery' The ticket duly arrived two days before the game. So one happy supporter off to Wembley, thanks Hot Football Tickets. As for the result well we (Saints) were cheated!

Bit risky. BUT got my tickets as promised. Only downside....The tickets were season tickets. we had to take back to the hotel to be picked up. And they were in other peoples names and a seat apart. But thank you to the nice fan in the middle who swapped seats. The courier was very helpful although i didnt get the tickets til 10oclock at night the night before the game after quite a few phone calls and texts. (In fairness. I can imagine they are very busy the day before the game) So all in all. A good company jyst a Bit risky and would only use again as a last resort.

Long story quite short: It worked perfectly, and I got into the match with the ticket they gave me. I wanted to see Liverpool v Manchester United on Oct 17, and after some research, decided this seemed like a fairly reputable re-seller of football tickets (this site, and others were used to make that decision). I ordered the ticket towards the end of September, and parted with a decent chunk of cash to make that happen. I opted for local pickup, as I was coming from Canada, and bouncing around Europe prior to the match, so could not guarantee a location for them to send me a ticket. After purchase, I sent an email asking for information regarding the local pickup, as I was quite keen to understand the process, and make sure that they were taking care of my order after giving them a bunch of money. No response. A week later, I try again. Still no response. It's now a week before the match, and I fly out to Europe, and haven't heard from them. Needless to say I'm a bit nervous at this point. 4 days before the match, I finally receive an email saying they had my ticket, and a phone number for my local contact who I'll be picking it up from. Due to the nature of my phone plan, I waited to call the guy when I was in England, which was on Saturday (two days prior to the match). No response. Text as well, just to be sure. A few hours later, he texts me back, telling me to get in touch when my train gets me to Liverpool on Monday morning. Cut to Monday, and I get to Liverpool. Call the contact, no response. Text him, no response. Meet up with my friends, and then eventually I get the call I was waiting for. Buddy has my ticket, but can't meet me until 6:30 or 7pm at Anfield (kick-off was 8pm). Really leaving it to the 11th hour! I was bummed, hoping to at least have the ticket before I head down to the ground, and then an hour or so later, that's exactly what happens: he calls me and says he's in the area ahead of schedule, so meets me at a coffee shop and gives me the ticket, 6 hours ahead of kick-off. From there, no problems whatsoever; got into the ground with no fuss, and had a crazy good time at the match (regardless of United being little bitches and parking the bus against the mighty Reds). It wasn't without some tense moments, and general uncertainty, but at the end of the day, I paid for a ticket to Liverpool v Manchester United, and that's precisely what I got!

Ordered 5 football tickets from this website. The ordering process was very simple and it went very smooth. Unfortunately, one hour later I noticed a mistake: I ordered tickets for a different match. Contacted customer support and they were very helpful. They cancelled my first order and guided me through the entire ordering process. They made sure I will order book the correct tickets. Impressive customer experience!
